About Us

Welcome and thank you for visiting Aleca's Kouzina!  I'm excited to share with all of you my homemade all natural preserves and baked goods made from old family recipes that I was privileged enough to grow up with.  I remember my mother baking and creating delicious meals in the kitchen.  I have carried on her traditions she instilled in me and am pleased to be sharing them with you!  

Originally I'm from Hrisovo, a small town outside of Nafpaktos, Greece.  I came to the US when I was 16, met my wonderful husband and had three beautiful children, all of whom share my love of cooking.  We currently own a deli, Bayside Sandwich Shop in Tampa, FL.  

After family support and friends encouragement we decided to take the plunge and expand our business with Aleca's Kouzina to offer my gourmet preserves and home baked goods for your enjoyment.  All of our products are made from scratch with all natural ingredients.  We do not use pectin or corn syrups in our preserves, or artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives of any kind in our baked goods.
